Withdrawal Policy
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days when ordering from our shop. On this page you will find out how to declare your withdrawal, what its effects are and how the return process works.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period only begins on the day on which you, or the third party named by you, take possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your statement to:

You are not required to use any particular form; an informal declaration is sufficient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. Excluded are only the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The return address is:

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss of value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
Under the statutory provisions, the right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely in the following cases, among others.
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be withdrawn from if their seal has been removed after delivery. This may affect individual items that are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery. Normal unpacking and inspecting of the goods remains unaffected by this.
Withdrawal is also excluded for goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature. The same applies to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs, such as personalised or engraved items.
How to declare your withdrawal, made simple
You do not need to fill in any form. The easiest way is to send us a short email at bupesuesoehne@gmail.com, stating your order number and the item you would like to return. You do not have to give a reason.
As soon as your message reaches us, we will confirm the withdrawal and send you all the further steps for the return. To meet the fourteen-day deadline, it is enough that you send your declaration before it expires.
