Right of Withdrawal & Returns

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is granted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the national law of Germany, where our business is established. The information below explains how this right applies to your order, how to exercise it, and what happens after you do.

We operate a transparent dropshipping model. This means that while you order from us, some items are dispatched directly by our manufacturing or fulfilment partners, and certain products may ship from outside Germany. Typical delivery takes 5–10 business days. Your right of withdrawal applies in full regardless of where an item is shipped from.

1. Who Has the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. If you order in the course of a business activity, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

2. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period runs as follows:

  • For a single product, 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party named by you who is not the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
  • For an order of several goods delivered separately, 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the last item.
  • For goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces delivered over a period, 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of this page, but this is not obligatory.

You may complete and submit the Model Withdrawal Form or any other clear statement by email. If you use this option, we will communicate an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal to you without delay (for example, by email).

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Because some items are shipped by our fulfilment partners, the correct return address may differ from our business address. To ensure your return reaches the right location and is processed quickly, please contact us first at bupesuesoehne@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will confirm the applicable return address and instructions.

Cost of Returning the Goods

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where an item was shipped from abroad, return shipping costs and any applicable charges may be higher than for a domestic return; we will inform you of the relevant return address so you can choose a suitable shipping method.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect and try the goods as you would in a shop, but if you use them beyond that, we may charge for the resulting loss in value.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts, in particular for the supply of:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom or made-to-order items).
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software, if they were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

Where one of these exceptions applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.

6. Voluntary Returns

Your statutory rights described above always remain unaffected and take precedence. Separately from the legal right of withdrawal, if you simply change your mind or are not fully satisfied, you are welcome to contact us at bupesuesoehne@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
