Our Story
PetEmpathy began with a simple, slightly worried question over a half-empty water bowl: is she actually drinking enough? Like a lot of pet parents, we noticed the everyday little things — a bowl ignored until the water went stale, a dog who panted through warm afternoons, a cat who seemed calmer in some corners of the home than others. The more we paid attention, the more we realised that comfort and hydration aren't extras. They're the quiet foundation of a happy, settled pet.
So we started looking for better answers. We tried fountains that kept water moving and fresh, cooling mats for hot days, travel bottles for long car rides, and calming spaces that helped anxious pets unwind. Some products worked beautifully. Many didn't. PetEmpathy grew out of that search — a place where we could bring together the things we genuinely wished we'd had from the start, chosen with the same care we'd give our own animals.
We're based in Germany, and we build PetEmpathy the way we'd want a brand to treat us as customers: honestly, warmly, and without the hype.
